With this episode we doing something different. We are going to hear from someone else around the table.

For quite a while I’ve appreciated the writing of Adam Tisdale as he has urged me with his newsletter he calls “Double the Joy” to be more grateful for the small things in my life.

Adam’s the pastor of North Hills Church in Meridianville, Alabama where he has served since 2009. He’s also quite adept at creating beauty with stained glass.

I asked Adam to share some of his thoughts on pastoral ministry. I’m thrilled to offer those to you.
